Circular Economy

Prepare your company for Digital Product Passports (DPP).

Circular Economy is a consulting service that ensures your organisation has the necessary data, processes, and internal culture for the successful implementation of Digital Product Passports.

We guide you through the entire process – from mapping material flows and data standardisation to establishing procedures and employee training. Our ambition is to enable your products and materials to remain in use for as long as possible through strategies such as reuse and repair, and to support remanufacturing and re-recycling models in future phases.

The goal is to achieve technological and process readiness of the company to introduce DPP without difficulties. In addition, we provide guidance on relevant regulatory frameworks (Ecodesign, ESPR, CSRD) that are important to take into account.

Why is the Circular Economy service important?

Digital Product Passports enable the traceability and transparency of materials, components, and key indicators. Companies that prepare their data and processes:

  • gain an advantage in adapting to upcoming requirements,

  • increase the trust of customers and partners through transparency,

  • strengthen their competitive position in the European market.

What does the service include?

1. Mapping material flows

  • inventory of raw materials, semi-finished products, components, and packaging

  • identification of sources (suppliers) and destinations (customers, recycling, waste)

2. Data categorisation and standardisation

  • definition of key indicators (share of recycled materials, CO₂ footprint, repairability, product lifetime)

  • alignment with EU regulatory requirements (Ecodesign, ESPR, CSRD)

3. GAP analysis

  • review of existing data sources (ERP, production, procurement)

  • identification of gaps and definition of new measurements or digitalisation needs

4. Establishment of internal processes

  • definition of responsibilities (who collects data, who validates it)

  • procedures for collecting data from suppliers

5. Training and culture development

  • training employees to collect and use data

  • understanding the purpose and importance of DPP in practice

Outcome

Your company gains:

  • clean and structured data

  • a sustainable process for data generation and control

  • technological and process readiness for the implementation of Digital Product Passports

  • reduced risks and conditions for the development of models such as remanufacturing and reuse strategies
